As my staff had had no formal training on the best way to advertise the business on the Internet, to understand pay per click, how to assess who and how many people/businesses had looked at our webpage etc, very simple things when you know how, but very confusing when you don’t, Kevin came to my office on a number of occasions and firstly assessed the skills my staff had/didn’t have, looked at the programs they were using and then recommended the training he could help us with.
The training consisted of Kevin visiting my premises and giving one to one training to my staff using their own computers which they were use to, and he also organised for one of my staff to attend the workshops he gave.
The staff member who attended was very impressed with how the workshops were presented in a nice friendly atmosphere, the handouts were well prepared and easy to follow and Kevin went into the information in more detail and submitted the links to each person who attended via email.
Kevin’s knowledge and skills regarding the use of technology for business use were evident in the way he answered questions put to him both at my office and in the workshops.
